The Deben video Chamberscope is available for all SEMs and can be fitted to any free flange on the SEM chamber or
door. As a standard package the Chamberscope is available with a standalone power supply incorporating an illumination control and two camera lenses for either wide angle or zoom observation. Monitor is optionally available.
